We are deeply saddened by the loss of lives and the hardships faced by communities impacted by this severe weather. Our thoughts are with those grieving and those working tirelessly in response and recovery efforts.

For 3 days, the European Commission represented by DG ECHO & the PPRD Med project team worked in Barcelona. The UfM is associated with this flagship civil protection cooperation project within the framework of the regional dialogue platform. The objective is to coordinate joint actions and prepare upcoming high-level regional events.
